Common Ground Registration Night

All gardeners must attend to renew their plot or barrel.
If you do not want your plot or barrel please contact me, ASAP.
Welcome back everyone! The 2016 Common Ground Registration Night will be this Wednesday, April 6th in the Richmond Room at Luther from 6 - 8 pm.
Bring your filled in copy of the Gardeners Agreement and Application form (found under the documents tab) in with your $20 registration fee (cash or cheque). Extra forms will be on hand for those unable to print theirs off in advance.
** All existing gardeners must fill out an application for to renew the plot/barrel. Those who do not fill out and submit their application and fees by April 20th 2016 will lose their plot/barrel.**
Those who would like their plot rototilled, please check the corresponding box on the application for and add an additional $10 to their application fee.
A date for rototilling has not yet been decided.
We hope to be ready before the May long weekend.
New members of the Steering committee are always welcome, if you have any interest in helping out with the organization of the garden please join in at the next committee meeting on April 20th 2016, at 6pm in the garden.
As with previous years, work bees will be set up during the gardening months.
